  1. We are Tax Exempt, what do we do ?

    Allied Business Products collects sales tax for sales in Ohio. If you are exempt from sales tax, please fax 330-722-7315 or email your completed tax exempt form to customerservice@abp247.com prior to placing an order. Once we receice your completed form, we will contact you with further instructions.

  3. Where do you ship to ?

    We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Unfortunately our distrubutors do not allow us to ship out of the lower 48 States. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

  4. Can I cancel my Order ?

    If you place an order and need to cancel, please be aware that your order may have already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately, we may be able to stop an order if it has not yet been processed. We will do everything possible to cancel an order but if it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any freight charges if a return is required. Please see our Return Policy for return instructions.

  5. Do you accept Purchase Orders ?

    We wil accept Purchase Orders from local business that have an open account with our company. If you are a local business and wish to open an account, please contact customerservice@abp247.com for a credit application request.

  6. I need an item that is not on your website or is special order ?

    If you are looking for a specific item, and can't find it on our website or you require a special order. Please contact customerservice@abp247.com with your request and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

  7. My credit card will not work during check out ?

    If you are having an issue with a credit card payment, please email customerservice@abp247.com and we will be happy to help you. Often the issue is related to the billing address not matching the credit card billing address. So please check this first.

  8. Do you offer volume discounts ?

    If there is an item that you wish to purchase in a larger quantity, Please feel free to drop us an email with the item number and quantity and we will be happy to check what we can do.

  9. My item arrived damaged, what do I do ?

    If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can get a replacement to you promptly. As far as the damaged item, we will give you return instruction at that time.

  10. Price and availability

    All products advertised for sale on this site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any item for any reason, you will not be charged. In the event an item shows a stock quanity and inventory is incorrect and you were charged for a product you did not receive, you will be credited for that item. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply an item(s).

    We are not responsible for typographical errors. All prices listed in this site may be altered or subject to change without notice .
