Price and Availability
All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
All prices stated on the site or in any of our catalogs, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.
When the payment method is credit card or Paypal the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders (including large orders sourced from manufacturers) may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.
For open account customers, a 50% deposit is required on all special orders. If a special order needs to be canceled, a cancellation fee as well as a restock fee may be assessed.
Delivery
We will deliver the products within the contiguous United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply. We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. In most cases, we do deliver the next day. Occasionally because of stock issues or because we need to order direct from a manufacturer delivery times are affected. If you require delivery by a given date it is imperative that you contact us prior to ordering. We will be happy to check stock and give you an estimate on delivery times.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled. Because we are committed to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouses are immediately notified to pick your products for shipment. Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including any restocking fee by the manufacturer, if applicable.
